This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercials items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The United States Property and Fiscal Office, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, South Carolina intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the South Carolina Army National Guard (SCARNG) for fourteen (14) charging tables and twenty-eight (28) molded cases to be delivered to SCARNG Recruiting and Retention, 1225 Bluff Road, Columbia, SC 29201-4763. The charging tables must meet or exceed the following characteristics: Designed for trade shows, events and retail displays. Dimensions should be 22"W x 40.5"H; laminated wood base; laminated counter top with eight (8) USB Ports; one (1) LED perimeter HALO lights (white); one (1) adhesive graphic (24" wide graphic); internal cord management system; laminate finish; silver powder-coated aluminum; must provide a minimum of 2.1 Amps per USB port. The cases must meet or exceed the following characteristics: Euro LT Clamshell case with jigging; includes internal jigging for display components; pre-cute to fit each component; Dimensions (exterior) are 26" x 11" D x 56" H; Dimensions (interior) are 23.5"W x 10"D x 48"H; weight should not exceed 34 lbs. when empty; dimensional weight of 80lbs; roto-molded clamshell cases with straps and two (2) wheels; molded top handle and side strap handle. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 334419. To be considered for this award, the offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), which can be accessed at https://www.sam.gov. All vendors must have a publically visible registration in SAM.
