SEE ATTACHED COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION AND J&A FOR COMPLETE DETAILS Base year purchases will include 1 x Mutualink Go Kit 2V/4R; 1 x Portable Interoperability Work Station (P-IWS); 2 x Video Network Interface Controllers (V-NIC); 1 x 4-Port Radio Network Interface Controller (4R-NIC); 2 x 2-Port Radio Network Interface Card (2R-NIC); 1 x Internet Protocol Network Interface Card (IP-NIC), 10 x new EDGE Licenses; 15 x EDGE license renewals; and Network Access subscription renewals for 2 x IWS, 1 x P-IWS, 3 x V-NIC, 3 x IP-NIC, and 6 x 2-Port R-NIC. The period of performance shall be for one (1) base year (12 months) plus four (4) option years. In the option years, CLINs will be available for all license/subscription renewals acquired. Requirements: Vendor will provide all necessary equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and training materials for the procurement, technical support and delivery of Mutualink. Only new equipment will be accepted. Technical Manuals/ Commercial Literature/Training Material: Vendor will provide all manufacturer technical manuals and commercial literature as required. Training material and User Guides will be provided for each piece of equipment ordered.
