Annual Software and Hardware Maintenance Subscription: This contract is for a combined software and hardware maintenance subscription for the Secure Integrated Communication Switch System (SICSS) at Joint Interagency Task Force – South (JIATFS) in Key West, FL. The subscription includes support for hardware and software with 24-hour technical support covering repair of all MVP system components, and all software upgrades. In addition, up to four hours per month direct assistance with a Compunetix engineer is included. Contractor shall provide support and corrective maintenance of all MVP systems and subsystems including software and hardware including telephone technical support during weekday hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, software updates, software fixes, new software features as they become available, and hardware repair via RMA support. Once a hardware repair is deemed necessary after contacting contractor for support, contractor will provide Return Material Authorization (RMA) to initiate repairs.
