Amendment 2: This amendment updates the Questions and Answers dated 16 Jan 2019 by clarifying the answer to question 3 and providing a response to a new question (number 8). It also corrects a typo in the PWS where the word interpenetration was used instead of interpretation. Additioanlly, venders will be required to submit the attached DD254 with their proposals as noted in the revised Amendment 2 - Combined Synopsis Solicitation (see yellow highlights for changes). As a reminder, vendors should acknowledge all Amendments at the time of proposal submission.
