The Contractor shall furnish all required labor, materials, supervision, equipment, licenses, and certifications necessary to return the sliding gate to functional status. The existing sliding gate operator is presently non-functional; returning the sliding gate to functional status requires installation of a new operator and accompanying or associated components which control the opening and closing of the JIATFS sliding gate upon either use of authorized credentials to the exterior or interior card readers, which are controlled by the Lenel Access Control System, by authorized guard force personnel via controls at the JIATFS command security center, or by disengaging the operator and manually opening/closing the sliding gate. The sliding gate measurements are 24'2" long, 6'7"high. The opening when the sliding gate is fully retracted is 16'1"
