Total Small Business Set-Aside (FAR 19.5)

The New York Army National Guard requires three dedicated Advanced Life Support (ALS) ambulances with crews for a training event at Fort Indiantown Gap in Annville, Pennsylvania. The services are required at 1 Garrison Road from May 29th to May 31st, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM each day. Each ambulance crew must consist of one nationally certified paramedic and one nationally certified EMT, for a total of three of each certification. Two ambulances will serve as primaries on-site, with one held in reserve to be dispatched if a primary unit departs. This is a small business set-aside, and the award will be based on the lowest price that conforms to the Performance Work Statement.
