Please ensure you sign the original solicitation and all amendments and include those with your quote**** ****Amendment 00001 - Site Visit Scheduled for 12pm (noon) on 16 September 2025 at Camp Smith Training Site (11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567) and Due Date of Quotes Extended to 19 September 2025 at Noon EDT.**** NYARNG has a requirement for the movement of office equipment/furniture and one medical device from BLDG 505N to BLDG 502 on Camp Smith Training Site. List of items to be moved from Building 505N to Building 502 are listed in the technical exhibit 3 in the PWS. Please refer to PWS Section 5 for detailed information on what is to be moved, estimated weights, and distance between buildings. Some equipment being moved is located on the second floor (about 20 stairs) and no elevator access. Movement of equipment and office furniture is expected to be able to be completed within one business day. Basis of award is the lowest price that meets all of the requirements of this RFQ. Wage Determination 2015-4187 Revision 33 dated 08 July 2025 applies. To be eligible for award, interested vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov and registered as a Small Business under 52.219-1.
