Two Ambulances as primaries and one in reserve to Urban Search and Emergency Response Facility Training Area at 1 Garrison Road, Annville, PA 17038, Fort Indiantown Gap on 5-7 August 2025, from 0700-1900 hrs. In the event either of the primary ALS Ambulances and crew leave for any reason the reserve ALS ambulance and crew must be dispatched prior to the 1st crew leaving. **** See attached RFQ and PWS for a more detailed description of this requirement.**** All quotes must be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is incorporated in the attached RFQ. Basis of award is the lowest price that conforms to the requirement of the PWS. Wage Rate Determination for Lebanon County, PA applies and is incorporated in the attached RFQ. This requirement is a small business set-aside.
