The solicitation number is W912PQ-24-Q-0026 for the procurement of catered meals at Fort Drum NY per the solicitation and PWS. Principle NAICS is 722310 and size standard is $9,000,000. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest quote that can meet all specifications/ CLINS in entirety outlined in the attached RFQ/ COMBINED SYNOPSIS SOLICITATION/ SOW/ PWS and is a responsible offeror, registered in SAM.GOV. Offers/Quotes must include pricing, a summary of their staffing plan and plan to meet all menu requirements for review in order for the Government to technically evaluate the offerors ability to execute this requirement, including submission of ALL Supervisors ServSafe certificates and most recent health inspection per PWS 5.4.2. These plans shall conform to the requirements of 52.212-1. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. Award will be made without discussions. The Government anticipates posting the solicitation and the PWS to the SAM.gov website (at https://sam.gov) approximately 05JULY2024. The Government intends to issue the solicitation as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York.
