******* Amendment 0001 The purpose of this amendment is to clarify that the customer requires food to be delivered in trays not indvidually packaged.***** The New York Army National Guard intends to issue a firm-fixed price contract for Individually Packaged Meal Drop-Off at Camp Ravenna, OH, and Principle NAICS is 722310. 100% Set Aside for Small Business Only. Bulk Tray Meals to be Provided - 01 June 2024 - 14 June 2024. One (1) Non-Pork and 1 Vegetarian meal to be provided per meal. These are included in the counts for the meals required. Please refer to the 21 Day Meal Guide for Menus and portion requirements. Award will be made to the lowest offer that meets the requirements of this RFQ and the SOW. **Please note all questions and clarification requests must be emailed to johanna.a.goman.civ@army.mil In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
