United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO)-NY has a requirement for Rag/Towel Supply and Laundering at various New York National Guard locations across the state of NY. Please review the requirements for this solicitation in the attached Statement of Work (SOW) which includes the locations required. This is a base plus 2 possible option years, firm fixed price contract opportunity. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Set aside for Small Business on under Principle NAICS is 812331. Award will be made to the lowest offer that meets the criteria set forth in this RFQ and the SOW. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued.
