**Amendment 0002 -posted to sam.gov on 27FEB2024, please return a copy of page 1 with your quote and the specifications of the tanks you are quoting- Quotes are DUE MARCH 2024 11:00 AM EST. **Amendment 0001 -posted to sam.gov, please return a copy of page 1 with your quote and the specifications of the tanks you are quoting. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. This procurement is for Above Ground Storage Tanks. One award will be made to the lowest responsible offeror that can meet all criteria of the specifications and RFQ and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide one quote. Vendor MUST provide tank specifications with the quote. Quotes are due March 4, 2024 at 11:00AM EST via email to ashley.a.pace4.civ@army.mil. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 332420. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
