This is a Brand Name Requirement for the Stratus 3 ADS-B Receiver. Must come from an Stratus Authorized Dealer. Receivers will be delivered to 330 Old Niskayuna Rd, Latham, NY 12110. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Set aside for Small Business on under Principle NAICS is 334220. The basis of this award is price alone. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www. sam.gov.
