Set aside for Small Business on under Principle NAICS is 312112. Water Requirements 1. Water must be shelf stable for 50 years. 2. Water must meet all federal government testing requirements. 3. Water must be packaged and palletized to support rapid mobilization in a real life emergency 4. Water must come individually packaged in 12oz cans to support consumption by multiple Soldiers that may be geographically dispersed. 5. Must be packaged in a can. The basis of this award is price alone. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www. sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto.
