The RFQ has been corrected and now reflects a Total SB Set-aside.************* The NYARNG is requesting quotes for catering meals at the Camp Smith Training Site Bldg 504/505 for training events. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-23-Q-0038. This solicitation requirement is for several catering days preparing and serving meals for a large volume of soldiers. The total count for each meal is provided in the attachment including the required specialty/religious meals. The vendor will prepare / cook and serve meals at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567 Camp Smith, NY- DFAC 505/504, for each day beginning on 18 August 2023 and ending on 21 August 2023, per attached RFQ, PWS, Meal Breakdown, and NYARNG 21 meal menus. Also enclosed in the RFQ is the consolidated meal requirements with any *Alternate meal requirements needed and *Allergies. Serving times for each meal are listed in the attached Meal Breakdown. Vendor MUST provide a Price per meals in order to make any quantity adjustment that may occur. Reference consolidated List of meals attached to this solicitation. POC and/or Contracting Officer.) This requirement is ALL or None, you must be able to quote all days. Vendor must also provide a copy of the most recent routine health inspection report, Food Handler and Food Protection Manager Certificates from an accredited certifying agency with quote. All Offeror’s must have an Active SAM registration and have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached RFQ or at https://www.acquisition.gov Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 722310. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered.
