This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL services in the PWS as required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 16AUG2023 11:00 via email to Meghan.a.sherdian.civ@army.mil. Please be sure to sign and return page 1 of all amendments to the solicitation. Award will be made to the vendor that: submits the lowest total evaluated reasonably priced quote/offer, and submits a quote/offer that meets all the material requirements of this solicitation and does not contain any major deficiencies or omissions.
