No variable hourly or material pricing will be accepted. ********Amendment 0001 to update the SOW, extend the response date, and provide a Q&A sheet. ************************* United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO)-NY has a requirement for the printing and wrapping of various vehicles for the NY Army National Guard Recruiting and Retention Battalion in NYS. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Set aside for Small Business on under Principle NAICS is 323111. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the SAM website at https://www.beta.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Submit questions to Johanna.a.goman.civ@army.mil RRBN is seeking to have the following assets re-wrapped in order to bring them in compliance with current ARNG branding guidelines. Ten (10) fully enclosed walk-in trailers Two (2) Mobile Recruiting Offices (MRO) One (1) E-ride Miniature HMMWV NYARNG RRBN will provide all images for the assets. The vendor shall print the images on an all-weather durable vinyl wrap with an expected lifespan of at least five years in outdoor storage. The vendor shall affix all wraps to the assets and will submit them to the NYARNG for an in-person inspection prior to delivery and acceptance. The vendor shall correct any issues noticed by the NYARNG during this pre-acceptance inspection without any additional charge. Vendor’s workshop facility must be located within New York State. The NYARNG RRBN will be transporting the assets to the vendors facility from locations across the state. Due to the geographic distribution of the assets the Capital District of NY is the preferred area, but the NYARNG RRBN will make accommodations outside of the Capital District, therefore any vendors with a shop in NYS can provide a quote. Specifications, drawings, and pictures of vehicles listed will be provided in a separate attachment within the solicitation. Customer will need all work completed by 30 April 2023.
