The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) has a requirement for medical surveillance services. Place of Performance: Various sites listed in PWS, which is incorporated in the attached RFQ. Period of Performance: 28 March 2023 - 05 May 2023 Specific testing dates listed in PWS, which is incorporated in the attached RFQ. See attached RFQ with PWS for a more detailed breakdown of the requirement. Wage Determination No.: 2015-4143 Revision No.: 23 Date Of Last Revision:12/27/2022 applies and is incorporated in the attached RFQ. All perspective vendors must be registered in SAM.gov to be considered for this requirement. If your company is awarded this contract, you will be required to invoice through WAWF upon completion.
