This solicitation has been modified to resolve the small business set-aside and is extended to March 30, 2023. This project will be procured using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) and is anticipated magnitude us under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT). The project includes but is not necessarily limited to the following: The Contractor shall perform Routine Maintenance, and Urgent and Emergency Repairs on kitchen equipment listed in Technical Exhibit 3. Routine maintenance must be performed two times per year. Urgent repairs must be performed within two (2) business days. Emergency repairs must be performed within four (4) hours of notification. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a quote no later than 16 February 2023. This notification, which shall not exceed five (5) typewritten pages which must include: 1. A positive statement of intent to quote. 2. A listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were the prime or subcontractor, and if the subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. 3. A brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract. The basis of award is price alone.
