SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE MEAL SERVICE CAMP SMITH TRAINING SITE NY INTRODUCTION The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Department is issuing this sources sought as a means of conducting market research to identify potential sources having an interest and industry technologies available to support/provide meal services for the Camp Smith Training Site. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement, if a requirement materializes. Multiple awards may be made. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluations will be provided to companies regarding submissions. REQUIRED CAPABILITIES The NYARNG is looking for potential vendors to provide meal services at the Camp Smith Training Site (11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Cortlandt, NY 10567) in the form of catered meals cooked at on site facilities or as prepared meals that will be delivered. The potential volume per day could be upwards of 1,000+ meals. Meals could be needed any day of the week including weekends and holidays. The anticipated meal times are Breakfast: 6:00am-7:30am, Lunch: 11:00am-12:30pm, and Dinner: 5:30pm-7:00pm. The anticipated menu list is included as an attachment to this sources sought. Responses to this notice shall include the following: Company name Address Point of contact with phone number and email address DUNS number Cage Code Socio-economic status (e.g. Services Disabled Veteran Owned small Business, Veteran-owned small business, 8(a), HUBZone, Women Owned Small Business, Small disadvantaged business, or Small Business HUBZone business), Capability statements addressing the particulars of this effort, with appropriate documentation supporting claims of organizational and staff capability. If significant subcontracting or teaming is anticipated in order to deliver technical capability, organizations should address the administrative and management structure of such arrangements. Any recent and relevant past performance information. Recency will be considered any contract for the government or any other entity performed within the last 5 years. ELIGIBILITY This requirement is anticipated to be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is (722310) with a Small Business Size Standard of ($41.5 Million). SUBMISSION DETAILS Interested businesses should submit a brief capabilities statement package (no more than ten 8.5 X 11 inch pages, font no smaller than 10 point) demonstrating ability to provide the products/services listed in this Sources Sought. Your response to this sources sought, including any capabilities statement, shall be electronically submitted to the Contract Specialist, Andrew Emrich, in either Microsoft Word or Portable Document Format (PDF), via email andrew.e.emrich.civ@army.mil no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on 23 November 2021 and reference this sources sough number in subject line of e-mail and on all enclosed documents.
