Amendment 01 Summary: The requirement for meals on the 27th has been removed. Total meals has changed from 912 to 760 meals. Acknowledge and return attachment "Amendment 01". The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for Catering in Ft. Drum, NY (ORTC) from 22-26AUG2022. 22 AUG 2022 Dinner Menu Day 15 x 152 EA 23 AUG 2022 Dinner Menu Day 3 x 152 EA 24 AUG 2022 Dinner Menu Day 4 x 152 EA 25 AUG 2022 Dinner Menu Day 6 x 152 EA 26 AUG 2022 Dinner Menu Day 9 x 152 EA The requirement description (dietary requirements by day) is in the attached RFQ. Menu information is in the NYARNG 21 Day (Catering) Menus attachment. Delivery times will be coordinated with the Govt. POC after award. All Offeror’s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 722320, Size Standard $8M. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered.
