The solicitation number is W912PQ-22-Q-0025. The New York Army National Guard is requesting quotes for medical examinations per the attached RFQ and Performance Work Statement (PWS). 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL aspects of the requirement. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 8 MAR 2022 10am via email to meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
