The solicitation number is W912PQ-22-Q-0009-0001 This procurement is to gain access to Malls within our 10 high-low areas indicated in the SOW for three advertisements would be in each Mall and would begin on 02 May 2022 and go through 30 September 2022. Award will be made to the lowest offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and RFQ, and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 16DEC2021 10:00 am ET via email. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
