Please note brand name justification on file for brand name line items. If an equal product would be considered the line item states the brand name or equivalent Basis of award is Price after determination of technical acceptability by the customer and contractor responsibility. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 339114. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 13SEP2021 10:00 via email. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
