This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-21-Q-0043. This procurement is for various office furniture, delivery and installation at the Camp Smith Training Site (CSTS) at 11 BEAR MOUNTAIN BRIDGE ROAD CORTLANDT MANOR, NY NY 10567 per the attached RFQ and SOW. A site visit is scheduled for 14SEP2021 10:30am. You must email Melissa.santoro2.civ@mail.mil with your name, company name, date of birth, issuing state of your license and license number by 10:30am on 13SEP2021 for admittance. Award will be made to the lowest offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and RFQ, and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Quotes shall include pricing for all material specified, delivery and labor for installation. Each line item shall have a specification sheet with the quote in order to evaluate offers. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 337214. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 24SEP2021 2:00 p.m. ET via email. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
