This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-21-Q-0034. The New York Army National Guard is requesting quotes for catered meals dropped off at 1569TH TRANSPORTATION COMPANY 910 RAZ AVE, NEW WINDSOR, NY 12553 per the attached meal listings 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 07JULY2021 10am via email to melissa.santoro2.civ@mail.mil. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
