This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-21-Q-0023. The New York Army National Guard is requesting quotes for raw subsistence per the attached listings CLIN 0001 - Grocery Order #1 RDD 23JUL2021 CLIN 0002 - Grocery Order #2 RDD 28JUL2021 CLIN 0003 - Grocery Order #3 RDD 02AUG2021 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered www.beta.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 16JUNE2021 11am via email to melissa.santoro2.civ@mail.mil. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
