The NYARNG Recruiting and Retention Battalion (MNRR) has a requirement for Support Services located in Watervliet Arsenal, 25 Gibson Street, Watervliet, NY. The Period of Performance is 31 July 2021 – 30 July 2025 with three (3) ensuing option period(s) which will be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Travel cost will be a lump sum NTE cost added to the resulting Purchase Order. This is a Service Disabled Veterans Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set aside under NAICS code 591660. Quotes submitted in response to this RFQ must include pricing for a Base Year and Three (3) one year option periods. Complete solicitation is projected to be posted on or about 10 Jun 2021 Service Contract Act does apply to this requirement. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's BETA System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, which will be available on the Beta SAM website at https://www.beta.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation is issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. The USPFO for New York Purchasing and Contracting Office, intends to issue a Request for Quotation to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Recruiting and Retention Services consisting of a base year and three (3) options. These services are required to support the NYARNG achieve authorized end strength objectives and operational force readiness IAW State District Maintenance Plan. NOTE: Some of the services may require an active Security Clearance in order to perform the services. The project is located in at the National Guard at Watervliet Arsenal, Watervliet, NY 12189.
