This requirement is a total small business set-aside. Contractor Manpower Reporting is required, and is not separately priced, it is included in the line item 0001. Albany, NY Wage Determination 2015-4144 Rev 15 applies and is attached. All offerors will be evaluated based upon lowest price that meets the stated specifications. In order to be eligible for an award, all awardees must include statement of technical expertise and indicate capability to support all software and interoperability requirements as listed in the performance work statement. The period of performance is one year from 30 September 2020 - 29 September 2021.
