The USPFO-NY has a requirement for a Digital Marketing campaign in support of the NY Army National Guard (NYARNG) Recruiting and Retention Battalion which is located at 25 Gibson Street (Watervliet Arsenal) Watervliet, NY 12189. Generally, work under this contract requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, supervision and means required to complete all tasks identified in the Performance Work State (PWS). All work will be completed with guidance from the Recruiting & Retention BN Marketing NCOIC. IAW NGR 601-1 Army National Guard Strength Maintenance Program, Chapter 7, and all applicable OPSEC considerations. All product and graphics will remain the intellectual property of the New York Army National Guard. The awardee will accept the responsibility of production costs, if any. The NYARNG will provide all video and digital graphics in support of the contract. The anticipated period of performance is one (1) base year of 12 months with one (1) option period of 12 months. The period of performance is expected to commence on or around 1 AUG 2020 and end on or around 31 July 2022. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business concerns. The applicable NAICS code is 541613 with a small business size standard of $16.5M. The dollar magnitude of this procurement is estimated at $25,000 to $250,000, inclusive of options. The solicitation will be issued on or around 27 APR 2020. This procurement is being conducted as a Request for Quote utilizing Simplified Acquisition procedures. System for Award Management (SAM) is required for award of any contract made in response to this RFQ. This solicitation and any amendments will be posted to https://beta.sam.gov paper copies of the RFQ will not be issued.
