This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is for the establishment of Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for Lodging. The period will be for one year with four one-year options. The lodging will be utilized to house 106th Rescue Wing members during regularly scheduled drills. It is anticipated that multiple BPAs will be issued for lodging within the 50 land mile radius of the 106th Rescue Wing of the New York Air National Guard, F.S. Gabreski ANG, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978. This is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 721110 and the size standard is $32.5 million. Solicitation number W912PQ-19-Q-9010 is being issued as a request for quote and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05, effective 13 Aug 2019. This announcement is the solicitation which will result for firm fixed-price BPAs. BPAs will be issued to contractors who provides a quote that conforms to the terms and conditions of this combined synopsis / solicitation and meets all the requirements that is outlined and is determined responsible IAW FAR Subpart 9.104-1. See Statement of Work dated August 29, 2019 for the statement of work for the period of 1 Oct 19 to 30 Sep 20.
