No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUBZone, Small Businesses, Service Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, 8(a), and Women Owned Businesses. The 174th New York Air National Guard may issue a solicitation and award of a firm fixed price contract for "EADS Pavement Repair Maintenance" at the Eastern Air Defense Sector (EADS), Rome, New York. Work will include approximately 20,000 ft2. Mill and Pave and 102,000 ft2. Crack Fill. The estimated project magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 4:30PM Eastern on 8 May 2019. This notification, which shall not exceed five pages, must include a (1) positive statement of intent to bid as a prime contractor, (2) a completed and signed Sources Sought Information Request Form (attached), and (3) a listing of projects completed during the past three years, both for government and private industry. The type of project, dollar value, contract number, location, and point of contact are to be included. Indicate if you were prime or subcontractor, and if subcontractor, provide the name and point of contact for the prime contractor. Also, (4) a brief outline of resources, subcontractors, and key personnel that would be used to accomplish the contract.
