The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) requests a comprehensive PC/Server based software suite that runs over standard, well-known TCP/IP ports that provides the following PC based functionality per the attached SOW. per the solicitation W912PQ-19-Q-0028. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer. A brand name justification for Equinox Collaboration Suite is on file. Compliance with Buy American -DFARS clause 252-225-7001 applies. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/#1) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
