All requirements will be in accordance with solicitation enclosed in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Principle NAICS is 315990 and the small business size standard is 500. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns.
