The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) intends to award a sole-source purchase order to ARI PHOENIX, INC. ARI-Phoenix manufactures the only Heavy-Duty Wireless Mobile Column Lifts that are powered by a low friction recirculating ball-screw mechanism for precise control and ultimate efficiency. The NYARNG intends to purchase seven sets of lifts with all attachments to lift a variety of military equipment. The purchase of these additional lifts will maintain continuity when it comes to repairing the lifts or having a vendor service them. The facility has already been wired for the ARI HETRA lifts as well. Any other type of lift will not work with current assets. The NYARNG is posting this sources sought notification to determine if there are other similar types of equipment available that would allow for a competitive solicitation posting and could be considered for any and all possible socio-economic small business set-asides. Any interested parties willing and able to submit statements of capability outlining equipment capabilities, features will be considered, and final award determination will be published in Contracting Opportunities. The NAICS code is 333923 and small business size standard for this procurement is 1250 employees. Period of performance: 30 September 2020 – 30 March 2020.
