The solicitation number is W912PQ-24-Q-0027 for removal of waste throughout NYS per the solicitation and PWS. Principle NAICS is 562112 and size standard is $47,000,000. This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 12, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is set aside 100% for Small Businesses. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. Award will be made to the lowest price that can meet the criteria of the RFQ and PWS that is a small business registered in sam.gov. The government may award one or multiple option year purchase orders under this solicitation. Vendors must submit the NY ARNG Pricing worksheet and the Quote worksheet. These quotes shall conform to the requirements of 52.212-1. The Government will not accept partial quotes/offers. Award will be made without discussions. Quotes are due 23JULY2024 1000 via email to meghan.a.sheridan.civ@army.mil AND melissa.santoro2.civ@army.mil . In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
