Q&A The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for Catering (Meal Drop-Off) at Camp Smith Training Site DFAC # 504, 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd., Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 from 18-21 JAN 2024. The requirement description (dietary requirements by day) is in the attached SOW. Menu information is in the NYARNG 21 Day (Catering) Menus. Terms and Conditions are located in the SOW and attached to this RFQ. Delivery times specified in the attached SOW, changes to the schedule will be coordinated with the Govt. POC after award. All Offeror’s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov. Note: this is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 722320, Size Standard $8M. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. Only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered.
