A1: The sqft of the kitchen area to be cleaned is approximately 1,200-1,700 sqft for each DFAC (2,400-3,400 sqft total). Q2: When will a site visit be conducted? A2: A site visit will be conducted on Wednesday, July 12th, 2023 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. noon (EST). The NY Army National Guard has requested a requirement for DFAC Cleaning and Sanitizing Services at Camp Smith Training Sire, Cortlande Manor, NY 10567. This is a Base Year (2023-2024) plus 4 Option Years (2024- 2028) Service contract. All Offeror’s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of NY Army National Guard Camp Smith Training Site, DFAC Cleaning and Sanitizing at FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 561720, Size Standard $22M. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached.Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered.
