The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for Catering in Camp Smith Training Site (CSTS), Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567. Feeding Schedule is attached to the RFQ, attached and in accordance with the PWS (also attached in this RFQ) and the 21 Day menu (also attached). Menu information is in the NYARNG 21 Day (Catering) Menus attachment. Consolidated Feeding schedules is also attached. Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 722320, Size Standard $8M. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered. Any question must be received no later than 15 Mar 2023 by 12:00pm noon.
