Amendment 01: Updated to include verbiage (1) "and with the certification requirements established by the U.S. Army Development Command at Natick" and (2) "Exchanges are authorized when returned to the vendor in new condition within 45 days of receiving them (to allow the ARNG Soldiers to try them on in and around various drill periods)." Updated quantities and sizes on CLIN 0002, CLIN 0005, CLIN 0006 and CLIN 0014. The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for AGSU items. The requirement products, sizes and quantities are in the attachment W912PQ-22-Q-0059. All Offeror’s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 315210, Size Standard 750 Employees. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered.
