This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. The solicitation number is W912PQ-22-Q-0037. This procurement is for Individual Packaged Dinners to be dropped off 9- 11 APRIL 2022 at Bldg. 50001 42IN Drive Fort Drum, NY 13602 per the attached RFQ, SOW and 21 Day Meal and portions. 9 April Individual Packaged Dinners (Dinner Menu 9) QTY 311 10 April Individual Packaged Dinners (Dinner Menu 11) QTY 311 11 April Individual Packaged Dinners (Dinner Menu 14) QTY 311 Total of 933 dinners. Individual Packaged Dinners to include plastic ware and napkins. Dinners to be dropped off at 17:00 (5:00pm) each night to location listed above. Dinner menu 9, 11, 14 can be found in the attached 21 Day meal and portions pdf. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all criteria of the SOW and RFQ and be registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 4 APRIL 2022 8:00 ET via email to Meghan.A.Sheridan.civ@Army.mil. This is a Small-Business Set-Aside under NAICS 311991. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above Internet address in order to obtain any amendments that may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render your offer nonresponsive and result in the rejection of same.
