The purpose of this requirement is for contractor support to the NYARNG Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). This requirement is designed to be flexible, responsive, and meet the ever-evolving needs of the NYARNG. Complete Solicitation will be posted on or about 15 Sep 2022. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the United States Property and Fiscal Office for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. This requirement is set aside for 8a program participants only and will be on a competitive basis. Principle NAICS is 541611 and size standard is $16.5 million. The New York Army This acquisition is utilizing procedures in FAR part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Medical Readiness Event (MRE) predominately occurs at Camp Smith, NY. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically on Contracting Opportunities, website https://www.sam.gov, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the https://www.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. The USPFO for New York Purchasing and Contracting Office, intends to issue a Request for Quotation to award a single firm-fixed-price contract for Medical and Dental Case Management Services consisting of a base year and four (4) options. These services are to perform and provide Medical and Dental Non-clinical Case Management Support Services in support of Individual Medical Readiness (IMR). This requirement consists of Lead Non-Clinical Case Manager, Medical Records Administrator, Non-Clinical Case Managers, Non-Clinical Dental Case Manager and Non-Clinical Medical Support Assistants. These requirements are designed to be flexible, responsive, and meets the ever-evolving needs of the government. Department of Defense Instructions (DoDI) 6025.19 establishes aggressive quarterly and annual metric goals for the separate Individual Medical Readiness (IMR) elements and for the overall IMR category of Fully Medically Ready (FMR) soldiers. The ultimate goals are to produce real-time reports based on complete, accurate data. The minimum goal for overall medical readiness is more than 90% of Service members FMR, with the ideal goal being 100%. The New York Army National Guard (NYARNG) Surgeon’s Office requires a highly responsive process whereby the government can quickly obtain needed support and services. The Medical Records Administrator will have responsibility implementing administrative decisions directly affecting the care of medical records programs. The Medical Support Assistants shall assemble, analyze, code, abstract, report, maintain, and extract medical records information. All are responsible to ensure the proper management of medical records for all NYARNG Soldiers and compliance with regulatory requirements, The project is located in at the National Guard at 330 Old Niskayuna Road, Latham, NY 121110.
