The NY Army National Guard has a requirement for portable toilets, hand washing stations and grey water servicing for Soldiers of the 642 ASB. The contractor shall provide 32 Portable Toilets, 16 Hand Wash Stations and 4 Grey Water Tanks from 05-19 June 2021 at the specified locations and perform waste disposal and supply replenishment services as defined in the PWS. Locations are highlighted in the PWS and are located throughout the training areas of Ft. Drum, NY. Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. The Service Contract Act (SCA) applies to this award. See attached RFQ, and PWS for CLIN structure and additional contract compliance quote information. 52.204-26 MUST be included with the quote, if not in sam.gov registration. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. The solicitation and all amendments are on www.Beta.Sam.Gov Contracting Opportunities. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
