PRE Deployment YRE Vendor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform 1108th EN with a pre deployment Yellow Ribbon Event within the Capital Region of NY as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) which is attached. The period of performance is 4:00pm October 23rd, 2020 - 3:00pm October 24th, 2020. Principle NAICS is 721110. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business only. The service contract act applies and local wage determinations will be incorporated in the award. The appliacble wage determination is based upon vendor facility location for this service. Service contract act wage determinations are online at https://www.wdol.gov/sca.aspx. Basis of award is price alone. This solicitation closes on October 14th, 2020 at 8:00 am eastern time.
