In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Part 6.302-1, the USPFO-NY intends to award a purchase order on a sole source basis to Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment for the purpose of obtaining marketing and advertising services at Stony Brook University, Stony Brook, NY. The period of performance will be one (1) base year with four (4) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment has the sole right (granted by the University) to conduct this service. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. No known potential alternate sources exist which could satisfy the USPFO-NY requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for quote/proposal. Any interested party that believes it is capable of meeting the USPFO-NY requirement described herein may identify themselves and must provide evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement being requested by 4:00PM ET on July, 23, 2020. Responses must be submitted in writing to mark.r.walsh.civ@mail.mil no later than the time and date noted above. Telephone responses and requests will not be accepted. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541613 and the business size standard is $16,500,000.
