In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s BETA System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the BETA SAM website at https://www.beta.sam.gov.
