Failure to provide pricing for option year will deem your quote non-responsive. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) from the USP&FO for New York, Purchasing and Contracting Division, Latham, New York. Set aside for Small Business on under Principle NAICS is 518210 and size standard is $35,000,000.00. In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror’s BETA System for Award Management (SAM) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications. This solicitation will be issued electronically, therefore hardcopies will not be provided. Upon release of the solicitation, it will be available on the BETA SAM website at https://www.beta.sam.gov. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list.
