The USPFO-NY intends to issue an IFB to award one firm fixed priced contract for the Construction services, non-personal, to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary to complete the Erosion Controls of MATES Facility Grounds located at BLDG. P-4900 Main Tank Road Fort Drum, NY 13602-5036 per the Statement of Work (SOW). This project is being solicited pursuant to FAR 36.213-3 Invitation for Bid (IFB) procedures. The magnitude of the total project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Set Aside: 100 % Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) . It is anticipated contract duration is 45 days after Notice to Proceed. Your attention is directed to FAR Clause 52-219-14 (b)(4) Limitations on Subcontracting which states: “By submission of an offer and execution of a contract, the Offeror/Contractor agrees that in performance of the contract the concern will perform at least 15 Percent of the cost of the contract, no including the cost of the materials, with its own employees”. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 8 Aug 2020.
