Arctic/ Cold weather package option - includes engine block heater, a battery heater, a hydraulic reservoir heater, an oil reservoir heater and an Arctic Hydraulic Seal Package." TO: 16. Arctic/ Cold weather package option - includes engine block heater, a battery heater, a hydraulic reservoir heater, and oil reservoir heater. Additionally, an Arctic Hydraulic Seal Package must be an aftermarket option available to be added at a later date at the ANG's discretion.
