The New York Army National Guard currently has a requirement for hotels and conference space within *50 miles (*Must be in New York State) of the National Guard Army located at: LOCATION REQUIRED Within 50 miles: 137 Glenmore Road Troy, NY 12180 Dates: September 6th-8th, 2019 Conference space needed: To accomodate 720 people (various room configurations) Meals and lodging required, as specified in the attached performance work statement. For a detailed breakdown of all deliverables required, please see pages 7-8 and submit those completed pages with the quote. Basis of Award: This requirement will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest price that complies with the performance work statement. In addition the New York Army National Guard will inspect any location proposed prior to award in order to verify compliance with the performance work statement, confirm deliverables, and overall acceptability of the location proposed as related to the PWS. Items required with the quote: 1. Quote breakdown with pages 7-8 of PWS completed 2. menus 3. conference space layout and space proposed must be specified 4. All prospective vendors must have a valid System for Award Management (SAM) registration on the www.sam.gov website at the time of award. Contractor Manpower Reporting is also a part of this requirement, see CLIN 0002 in the solicitation.
